The Foundation: Math 1 - 3

Mrs. Brown guides young learners through a God-centered curriculum, going from basic counting to foundational arithmetic, using daily videos to ensure they understand the why and the how for every concept.

Math 1: Creation-based counting & simple addition
Math 2: Place value & data
Math 3: Multiplication, division, & fractions

The Bridge: Math 4 - 6

The bridge years math curriculum focuses on transitioning from foundational arithmetic to middle-school algebraic, geometric, and statistical concepts.

Fractions & Decimals: Connecting fractions to decimals using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Algebraic Thinking: Evaluating numerical expressions and solving basic single-variable equations.
Proportional Reasoning: Introducing rates, percentages, ratios, and proportional relationships.
Coordinate Geometry: Graphing points and analyzing relationships on the coordinate plane.
Measurement & Geometry: Calculating perimeter and area for 2D shapes, alongside volume for 3D objects.
Data & Statistics: Exploring statistical measures like mean, median, mode, range, and data visualization.

General Math

General Math (Lesson Notes)

Focus: God-centered curriculum covering number systems, arithmetic, practical applications (ratios, proportions, percents, probability, statistics), exponents, and introductory algebra.
Format: Includes hands-on experiments and games to build a strong foundation for advanced concepts.

Focus: 20 targeted math problems designed to apply and reinforce concepts from the Lesson Notes.
